Are they practicing what they're preaching?

I was so deeply moved by this opvoering that it led me to write my first review on here. An addictive plot, amazing quality of acting and so many messages not only about religion but also about life itself.. The performance has a way of pulling the audience inside of its world, making us feel like we are one of the Greenleafs. I am white; however I felt at home watching this opvoering.
Lady Mae is seen by some as 'villainous'. However, I feel that she just wants to keep her family and Church together and she's had such a hard childhood. I won't spoil anything for anyone. I highly recommend watching it all for yourself.
